The company utilizes different production sites in Asia. The factories are located in Southern China and Thailand. The most prominent facilities are Pak Tak Knitting & Garment (Thailand) Factory Ltd. in the Bangkok area and Pak Tak Knitting & Garment Factory Ltd. in Dong Guan, China. The groups monthly capacity is about 500,000 to 600,000 pieces. All in all there are some 4,000 knitting machines ranging from flatbed knitting machines to intarsia and jacquard machines across gauges 3gg to 12gg in Southern China alone. All machinery is exceptionally well kept and only reliable brand name machinery is used. The flagship production site is located in Dong Guan, China and consists of a campus of some 20 acres that comprises the living quarters for 4,000 workers and 300 supervisors, as well as 6 independent production units. Each unit is an independent vertical operation with knitting, linking and finishing within one building.
